Q1.1: If my order total meets the required value for discounted or free shipping, is there any reason I will not receive the discount I am entitled to?
A1.1: NO; You will always receive the appropriate discount based on the vale of the order. If not at time of payment, then the next business day via refund to the card the order was paid on.
Q1.2: What can I do if I want the discount applied before paying for the order?
(to save me the hassle of having a second refund transaction on my card)
A1.2: You can simply save the order as a quote, then email our sales team "Click-Here" we will then adjust the order total to reflect the appropriate discount & we will then email you back to let you know that the order is ready to be paid for with the correct pricing only being billed to your card.

Q1.3: I have seen an advertisement in the paper where I get free or discounted shipping on orders of lower value than what is listed above – What will I pay???
A1.3: As long as you mention the applicable promotion in the comments section of your order then you will receive the appropriate discount.

FAQ: **Next Business day delivery:
Next day delivery may not be possible in some areas, and is only possible if goods are listed as in-stock at time of order.
Next day delivery is only possible if ordered & paid for by 10AM.
Q2.1: If I need the goods same/next day, is there anything I can do to ensure this happens?
A2.1: You can call us after saving a quote on-line but before paying for the order, to ask if we have the same or similar stock available in-store or for pick-up or immediate shipping, if so we can take an order over the phone.
(NOTE: We can in some cases arrange next day delivery if the order is paid for after 10am and before 2pm, however there is less chance of same day shipping the later in the day the order is placed. – Note2: Even if the order ships on time, we can not guarantee the ability of the courier to deliver goods on time, however when goods ship by 4pm they arrive in: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne metro next day in more than 90% of cases)
Q2.2: Is next day delivery an option if I have not purchased from this store in the past?
A2.2: YES; It may be possible to arrange next day delivery for you as a new customer, the only delay is verifying the credit card for security, the best chance for this is if you order on-line, then call our sales team to ask for express order possessing. Assuming this is done early in the day, then next day delivery should be a possibility.
